The '''Black Map''', drawn in Summer 2014 in black ink, was an early version map of the continent of [[Elondor]], based on different versions of the [[Grey Map]]. Created as part of a series of now-obsolete maps and serving, under the designation ''Elondor1b'', as the main map between 2014 and 2018, it was eventually replaced by the draft [[Blue Map]] in the course of a major overhaul of Elondorian geography. Notable differences between the maps include the absence of most islands and three major bodies of water, the [[Kalparian Sea]] (including the entirety of [[Kalparians|Kalparian culture]], the [[White Sea]], and the [[Gulf of Belkondíl]], on the Black Map, and the more detailed and realistic distribution of mountain ranges on the Blue Map. The Black Map is labelled entirely in German.
