The densely forested hills of Styria with their prominent individual peaks, especially Schöckl and Kulm, basis for the Rouningwood afoot the Mountains of Lágon and the Jeskíl-Sröjk rising from the forest

The mountain is presumed to have been a cult site of early Olgish religion, potentially relating to its isolated position amid the forestland. After the foundation and rise to power of the City of Lágon, it was considered its Hausberg.
